HUSSY, WESTFIELD SYDNEY
In Hussy’s new Westfield store 10,000 chromed studs were installed by hand onto a continuous perforated panel which wraps over the ceiling and end walls of the store. An evocation of the highly embellished quality of Hussy’s collections, the dense patterning adds a layer of detail and texture to the space. Illuminated ‘wardrobes’ give the clothes lustre and depth, while a highly polished plinth provides a generous and reflective surface for display.
